These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between
you ("Player," "User," "you") and 11ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the 11ph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
- "11ph" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 11ph.club, including all games, services, features, and content made available therein.
- "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 11ph or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
- "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility
To register and maintain an active account on 11ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.

Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source after verification. Bonus funds credited to underage accounts will be forfeited in full.
4 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming features on 11ph, you are required to complete the account registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

- You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.

5 KYC Verification
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, 11ph is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued gameplay. The KYC verification process may require you to submit:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID).
- Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months).

6 Deposits and Withdrawals
11ph supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.
- Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 11ph account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited upon confirmation of receipt, typically within 30 minutes during standard Philippine banking hours.
- 11ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within an average of 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during standard Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
- 11ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially suspicious.
- Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been fully met.
Player funds are held separately from 11ph operational funds in accordance with responsible gaming financial practices. Your balance is always available for withdrawal subject to these Terms & Conditions.
7 Bonuses and Promotions
11ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used after real money funds have been exhausted, unless otherwise specified.
- 11ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player.

- 11ph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the promotion is being abused or where circumstances require it.
- Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
8 Gaming Rules
All games available on the 11ph platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gaming rules apply across the platform:
- All bets placed are final once confirmed. 11ph does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of a verified technical error on the platform's part.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 11ph will resolve the round based on the game's recorded state at the time of the malfunction. Where a round cannot be resolved, the wager will be refunded to the Player's account.
- Slot games and applicable table games use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game.
- Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the event commences. Bets placed at a specific odds value will be honoured at that value unless the bet is placed after the event has started (in which case live/in-play odds apply).

9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 11ph.
- Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction after the funds have been used for wagering.

- Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the 11ph platform — including but not limited to the platform's design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 11ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 11ph.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the operation of the platform.
- Use any 11ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorisation.
Any unauthorised use of 11ph's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 11ph's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11ph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

- Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The 11ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12 Account Suspension and Termination
11ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
- A Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
- A regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
Upon account closure for reasons other than a Player's own breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

13 Responsible Gaming
